William Boughenane specializes in Swiss Law, Business Law, and
International Law. He earned his degrees from the Université de Genève and was admitted to the bar in February 2024. To complement his legal expertise in commodity trading, he completed advanced training at SUISSENÉGOCE Academy, where he earned the Operator’s Certificate. This training provided him with in-depth knowledge of trading contracts, trade finance, shipping operations, and dispute resolution.
Since February 2024, William has been working as a Junior Associate at Field Solutions Sàrl, where he handles contract drafting and review, provides client opinions across various legal fields, and assists in arbitration cases, including legal analysis and document drafting.
He also offers assistance with administrative procedures, including the legalization of documents with competent authorities and diplomatic representations.
Additionally, he supports clients in the registration of logos and
trademarks, both at the national level with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property and internationally with the World Intellectual Property Organization.
