Vicken, the Founding Partner of Field Solutions, has actively participated since 2008 in the elaboration and the enactment of the Swiss Rules of Arbitration and Mediation for Trading and Shipping industry known as ACT.
To this effect, a conference was organised by the Swiss Trading and Shipping Association (STSA) and the Geneva Chamber of Commerce in Istanbul to introduce the said Rules to the trading and shipping communities in Turkey.
Vicken was one of the guest speakers who explained the particularities of the said Rules on the basis of previous and current field experiences.
